The mission of this magazine is to contribute to the enrichment of yoga teaching and learning.

Ivan Nahem
Editor-in-Chief
Ivan earned his 200 hour certificate from Frog Lotus Yoga, and his 300 hour certificate from YogaWorks in New York. He is RYT-500; he teaches four weekly classes at Zen and Yoga in Forest Hills, Queens, where he also participates in training teachers. He holds a second kyu in Gojo-ryu karate. He published a book of poems at 22, and he was lead singer in the Manhattan band Ritual Tension. His website is www.ivannahem.weebly.com.
 
David Rubinstein
Director of Creative Engineering
David is a musician, producer and programmer.  He recently produced Robert Ethington's 2011 CD "Growing and Dying" (robertethington.com). He received a certificate as a Jewish meditation instructor from Chochmat HaLev, and has been teaching (and learning) in Sonoma County since 2003.  He has been practicing yoga (on and off) for the last 10 years. Under the heading of the cobbler's children have no shoes, he does not have his own website, but will certainly put a link here as soon as that happens.
 
Jessica Rienecker
Project Manager
Jessica Rienecker has been practicing yoga since 2009. In 2013 she made major lifestyle changes which resulted in 40+ pounds of weight loss and completing her 200-RYT certification through True Flow Yoga. She teaches at various studios and outdoor locations around Orange County, California, focusing mostly on intro level classes to help make yoga accessible to all fitness levels and body types.
